Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack with Care

  Place the unused item in its original packaging, ensuring all manuals, chemicals, and hardware are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or schedule a pickup for larger pool equipment.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned goods at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
