The Poolquip fullflow valve is available in either 40mm or 50mm sizes and is designed to use PVC pressure pipe and fittings.

Plumbing -  The check valve bodies are designed to fit 40mm and/or 50mm PVC pipe ID.  ensure that no glue enters the valve body beyond the ports.  Excess glue inside the valve body with destroy the check valve seal.

Maintenance - The transparent lid on the valve allows you to see the water flow and check for any debris that may be lodged in the valve seal.  To service the valve, unscrew the lock ring and remove the assembly.  After serviceing, lubricate the lid oring with siicone lubricant.  Do not use a petrolleum based lubricant.  RE-assemble - do no over tighten the lid lock ring.

Check Valve Location - It is recommended that the valve is positioned so there is a 600mm in front of the pump, to allow a sufficient head of water to keep the valve flap from opening when the pump is turned off.
